Hello! I am Dani, a registered nurse, wife to Chris, Mummy to Bluebell and Leo and proud owner of Over the Rainbow Parties and events.

I have always had a passion for parties and events and for as long as I can remember I have wanted to be an event planner. I love every stage of planning, researching and pulling everything together. Seeing the look on peoples faces and how much happiness it brings is worth every second of planning. Whilst on a project all my love and attention goes into creating a magical experience, down to the smallest of details. My favourite events so far to plan have been for my children, children’s parties really are nothing short of magical!

I love getting creative, so I am always happiest when covered in paint, glue, glitter or whatever material the current project is using! There are very few craft styles I haven’t tried, as I am always looking for the next challenge. Baking is also a huge passion of mine and one day I really hope to be able to offer cakes as part of the package too.

Maternity leave gave me the perfect opportunity to take the plunge and start my own business and in 2023 Over the Rainbow Parties and Events was born. Working in events really is a dream come true, I am still pinching myself daily. I can’t wait to work with you to create the perfect event for you, which will live in your memory for years to come.
